2026, l\u2019Albo Nazionale Gestori Ambientali (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.albonazionalegestoriambientali.it\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.albonazionalegestoriambientali.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANGA<\/a>) disciplina la nuova <strong>categoria 2-quater<\/strong>, destinata ai <strong>liberi professionisti iscritti in albi professionali<\/strong> che, durante le attivit\u00e0 manutentive previste dal proprio ordinamento, producono <strong>rifiuti non pericolosi<\/strong> e devono raccogliere e trasportare esclusivamente i rifiuti da essi stessi prodotti. <\/p>\n<p>Le nuove disposizioni entreranno in vigore il <strong>15 ottobre 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Deliberazione n. 4<\/strong> individua requisiti, procedura e limiti dell\u2019iscrizione alla nuova categoria: 2-quater, mentre la <strong>Deliberazione n. 5 <\/strong>approva i modelli che le Sezioni regionali e provinciali dovranno utilizzare per disporre l\u2019iscrizione nella categoria 2-quater o per respingere la domanda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In fondo alla presente news \u00e8 possibile scaricare gratuitamente le <a class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>CHI PU\u00d2 ISCRIVERSI ALLA CATEGORIA 2-QUATER?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possono iscriversi all\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/albo-nazionale-gestori-ambientali-cos-e-come-iscriversi-p459.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/albo-nazionale-gestori-ambientali-cos-e-come-iscriversi-p459.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANGA<\/a> esclusivamente i <strong>liberi professionisti appartenenti a un albo<\/strong> il cui ordinamento preveda espressamente lo svolgimento di <strong>attivit\u00e0 manutentive<\/strong>. <br \/>Il professionista deve possedere i requisiti previsti dal D.M. 120\/2014 e dimostrare la disponibilit\u00e0 di uno o pi\u00f9 veicoli idonei al trasporto. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019iscrizione consente di <strong>trasportare soltanto rifiuti non pericolosi prodotti direttamente durante l\u2019attivit\u00e0 manutentiva<\/strong> e deve essere rinnovata ogni cinque anni.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>COME SI PRESENTA LA DOMANDA?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La domanda deve essere presentata alla Sezione regionale o provinciale competente in base alla residenza del professionista, indicando:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>albo di appartenenza<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>le <strong>attivit\u00e0 manutentive<\/strong> svolte,<\/li>\n<li>i <strong>codici EER<\/strong> dei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/come-gestire-raccolta-trasporto-smaltimento-rifiuti-speciali-p283.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/come-gestire-raccolta-trasporto-smaltimento-rifiuti-speciali-p283.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rifiuti non pericolosi da trasportare<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>gli <strong>estremi dei veicoli<\/strong> utilizzati, completi di carte di circolazione e relativo titolo di disponibilit\u00e0 (se presente),<\/li>\n<li><strong>prova del pagamento<\/strong> del contributo annuo di 50 euro (con diritto di segreteria).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Deliberazione n. 5 stabilisce anche le prescrizioni da rispettare durante il trasporto, tra cui la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/rentri-tracciabilita-rifiuti-p416.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/rentri-tracciabilita-rifiuti-p416.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>tracciabilit\u00e0 dei rifiuti<\/strong><\/a>, l\u2019idoneit\u00e0 e la manutenzione dei mezzi, la prevenzione di dispersioni e sversamenti e la verifica delle autorizzazioni dell\u2019impianto destinatario.<\/p>\n<div id=\"allegati\"
