Lgs. 81\/2008<\/strong>, comprensivo delle disposizioni introdotte dal <strong>Decreto Legge 31 ottobre 2025 n. 159<\/strong><strong> \u201cMisure urgenti per la tutela della salute e della sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e in materia di protezione civile\u201d <\/strong>e degli<strong> interpelli sicurezza<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><br \/>La nuova edizione \u00e8 conforme alle nuove misure in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, formazione, vigilanza, sorveglianza sanitaria e rafforzamento del Sistema Informativo per l\u2019Inclusione Sociale e Lavorativa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 possibile scaricare gratuitamente il <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/D-Lgs-81-2008-e-smi.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TESTO DEL D. AGGIORNATO<\/a><\/strong>, le novit\u00e0 sono state evidenziate in giallo cos\u00ec da poterle consultare pi\u00f9 facilmente.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>LE PRINCIPALI NOVIT\u00c0 DEL DL 159\/2025 IN MATERIA DI SALUTE E SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il nuovo D.L. 159\/2025, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 254 del 31\/10\/2025, ha introdotto una serie di misure volte a <strong>rafforzare la prevenzione degli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/infortunio-sul-lavoro-risarcimento-p274.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">infortuni<\/a><\/strong> e migliorare la tracciabilit\u00e0 delle presenze e delle competenze nel mondo del lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Della pubblicazione del <strong>DL Sicurezza 159\/2025<\/strong>, abbiamo dato notizia nella news <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/news\/pubblicato-decreto-legge-159-2025-misure-urgenti-in-materia-di-salute-e-sicurezza-sul-lavoro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PUBBLICATO IL DECRETO LEGGE 159\/2025: MISURE URGENTI IN MATERIA DI SALUTE E SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tra le novit\u00e0 introdotte rispetto al tema della <strong>sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro,<\/strong> riportiamo le principali che ritroviamo nel TUSL:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aggiunto l\u2019art 3-bis \u2013<\/strong> <strong>Organizzazioni di volontariato della protezione civile<\/strong>: nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/h\/dlgs81-2008-h1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D. Lgs 81\/2008<\/a>, Titolo I, Capo I, viene aggiunto l\u2019articolo che disciplina la tutela della salute e sicurezza dei<strong> volontari di protezione civile<\/strong>, equiparandoli ai lavoratori solo per la formazione, informazione, addestramento e controllo sanitario.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fascicolo elettronico e fascicolo sociale e lavorativo del cittadino<\/strong> in cui saranno registrate le informazioni relative alla <strong>formazione<\/strong> ed al trattamento contrattuale del lavoratore, supportato dalla <strong>piattaforma SIISL<\/strong>, Sistema Informativo per l\u2019Inclusione Sociale e Lavorativa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Badge di riconoscimento digitale<\/strong> <strong>per i cantieri<\/strong> in appalto e subappalto sia pubblici che privati, dotato di codice univoco anticontraffazione e interoperabile con la piattaforma SIISL.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/patente-a-crediti-nei-cantieri-p473.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Patente a crediti<\/strong><\/a><strong>: <\/strong>inasprite le sanzioni pecuniarie. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sorveglianza sanitaria<\/strong>: le visite mediche obbligatorie devono rientrare nell\u2019orario di lavoro (ad eccezione di quelle pre-assuntive). Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/medico-competente-lavoro-p220.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Medico Competente <\/a>dovr\u00e0 sensibilizzare circa l\u2019adesione allo screening oncologico e pu\u00f2 disporre accertamenti sanitari per alcol o sostanze stupefacenti nei confronti dei lavoratori per i quali sussistano motivi ragionevoli di sospetta assunzione.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potenziamento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 ispettiva e dei controlli<\/strong>: aumento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 di vigilanza e del personale ispettivo con l\u2019obiettivo di rafforzare l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di verifica sul lavoro irregolare e la prevenzione infortuni.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formazione RLS<\/strong>: si precisa che, anche nelle imprese con meno di 15 dipendenti, il Rappresentante dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza avr\u00e0 l\u2019obbligo di aggiornamento periodico.\u00a0<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>INTERPELLO N. 1\/2025 IN MATERIA DI FORMAZIONE SICUREZZA<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Tra gli aggiornamenti inseriti nel Testo Unico figura anche l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/news\/formazione-sicurezza-per-i-docenti-di-scuole-e-universita-interpello-n-1-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Interpello n. 1\/2025<\/strong> del 18 settembre 2025<\/a>, con cui la Commissione per gli interpelli del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali ha chiarito che il <strong>personale docente<\/strong> delle scuole di ogni ordine e grado e delle universit\u00e0, pur appartenendo al settore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/glossario\/ateco-g281.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ATECO <\/strong><\/a><strong>P \u2013 Istruzione (codice 85)<\/strong> classificato a <strong>rischio medio<\/strong>, possa frequentare i <strong>corsi di formazione specifica<\/strong> <strong>in materia di sicurezza per rischio basso<\/strong>, qualora la valutazione dei rischi effettuata dal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/obblighi-del-datore-di-lavoro-p257.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">datore di lavoro <\/a>non evidenzi esposizioni a rischi medi o alti, in coerenza con l\u2019art. 37 del D.Lgs. 81\/2008 e con l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/nuovo-accordo-stato-regioni-formazione-p409.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Accordo Stato Regioni 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>PER APPROFONDIRE<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nel sito di Vega Formazione \u00e8 stato pubblicato un\u00a0<strong>nuovo seminario gratuito<\/strong>\u00a0che si terr\u00e0 il\u00a0<strong>24\/11\/2025<\/strong>\u00a0ed in cui l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/docente\/377\/lorenzo-fantini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Avv.
