NIS2: DESIGNAZIONE DEL REFERENTE CSIRT ENTRO IL 31 DICEMBRE 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale (ACN)<\/strong> ha pubblicato la <strong>Determinazione n. 333017 del 19 settembre 2025<\/strong>, con la quale viene ufficialmente istituito il <strong>Referente CSIRT<\/strong>, una nuova figura interna che ogni soggetto NIS dovr\u00e0 designare e registrare <strong>entro il 31 dicembre 2025<\/strong>.<br \/>Si tratta di un ulteriore tassello nell\u2019attuazione del <strong>Decreto Legislativo 138\/2024<\/strong>, che recepisce in Italia la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/NIS2-direttiva-sicurezza-reti-informazioni-cybersecurity-p522.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Direttiva UE 2022\/2555 (NIS 2)<\/strong> <\/a>e rafforza la resilienza cibernetica delle infrastrutture critiche e dei servizi essenziali. <\/p>\n<p>Mettiamo a disposizione la Determinazione n. 333017\/2025 dell\u2019Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/#allegati\">scaricabile gratuitamente in fondo alla presente news<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CONTESTO NORMATIVO: D.LGS. 138\/2024 E DETERMINAZIONE ACN N. 333017\/2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il <strong>D.Lgs. 138\/2024<\/strong>, che recepisce la Direttiva NIS 2, definisce gli obblighi di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/glossario\/cybersecurity-sicurezza-informatica-g326.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sicurezza informatica <\/a>per gli <strong>operatori di servizi essenziali<\/strong> e per le <strong>entit\u00e0 importanti<\/strong>.<br \/>In questo quadro, la <strong>Determinazione ACN n. 333017\/2025<\/strong> (che sostituisce la precedente n. 283727\/2025) stabilisce le <strong>modalit\u00e0 di registrazione<\/strong> e di <strong>designazione delle figure di riferimento<\/strong>, tra cui il <strong>Punto di Contatto NIS<\/strong> e il nuovo <strong>Referente CSIRT, <\/strong>sulla piattaforma digitale dell\u2019Agenzia.<br \/>L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di consolidare una rete nazionale di referenti tecnici in grado di garantire una comunicazione efficace e tempestiva con lo <strong>CSIRT Italia<\/strong> in caso di incidente informatico.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CHI \u00c8 E COSA FA IL REFERENTE CSIRT?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il <strong>Referente CSIRT<\/strong> \u00e8 una <strong>persona fisica<\/strong>, designata dal <strong>Punto di Contatto NIS<\/strong> dell\u2019organizzazione, con il compito di interfacciarsi direttamente\u00a0con lo <strong>CSIRT Italia<\/strong> e di gestire le <strong>notifiche di incidenti<\/strong> <strong>significativi<\/strong> ai sensi dell\u2019articolo 25 e le <strong>notifiche<\/strong> dell\u2019articolo 26 del D.Lgs. 138\/2024.<\/p>\n<p>Le principali responsabilit\u00e0 includono:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinare la gestione degli incidenti e delle violazioni di sicurezza informatica;<\/li>\n<li>Garantire la tempestiva comunicazione con lo CSIRT Italia e l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/glossario\/agenzia-cybersicurezza-nazionale-acn-g337.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale (ACN)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il referente <strong>CSIRT<\/strong> e i suoi eventuali sostituti devono possedere <strong>competenze di base in sicurezza informatica e gestione degli incidenti<\/strong>, nonch\u00e9 una <strong>conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi informativi e di rete<\/strong> della propria organizzazione.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SCADENZE E ADEMPIMENTI PER LE AZIENDE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La designazione del Referente CSIRT dovr\u00e0 essere effettuata <strong>tra il 20 novembre e il 31 dicembre 2025<\/strong>, esclusivamente tramite <strong>procedura telematica sul Portale ACN<\/strong>, autenticandosi come Punto di Contatto NIS.<\/p>\n<p>Le organizzazioni soggette alla Direttiva NIS 2 dovranno quindi:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verificare di essere incluse tra i <strong>soggetti essenziali o importanti<\/strong> ai sensi dell\u2019art. 4 del D.Lgs. 138\/2024;<\/li>\n<li>Identificare la figura pi\u00f9 idonea a ricoprire il ruolo di Referente CSIRT;<\/li>\n<li>Completare la <strong>registrazione online sul Portale ACN<\/strong> entro <strong>il 31 dicembre 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Al fine di assicurare il tempestivo svolgimento dei compiti del referente CSIRT, con particolare riferimento alla notifica degli incidenti significativi di cui all\u2019art. 25 del decreto NIS, le aziende possono essere designare <strong>uno o pi\u00f9 sostituti referente CSIRT<\/strong>.
