Tracciabilit\u00e0 dei Rifiuti<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>RENTRI<\/strong>), nei casi in cui l\u2019operatore abbia <strong>versato somme non dovute<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In fondo alla presente news class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>QUALI IMPORTI POSSONO ESSERE OGGETTO DI RIMBORSO NELL\u2019AMBITO DELL\u2019ISCRIZIONE AL RENTRI?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Secondo quanto riportato nel<strong> portale ufficiale RENTRI<\/strong>, possono essere richieste in rimborso le somme erroneamente versate a titolo di:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>contributo annuale<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>diritti di segreteria<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>QUANDO \u00c8 POSSIBILE CHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In base alle indicazioni fornite dal RENTRI, il rimborso \u00e8 ammesso nei seguenti casi:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La pratica non \u00e8 <strong>mai stata completata<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>La domanda \u00e8 stata <strong>rifiutata<\/strong> e non si \u00e8 avviato alcun procedimento amministrativo;<\/li>\n<li>La pratica \u00e8 stata <strong>inviata per errore, <\/strong>senza che vi fosse obbligo normativo di iscrizione;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c8 stato effettuato <strong>pi\u00f9 di un pagamento <\/strong>per la stessa pratica;<\/li>\n<li>Altri <strong>motivi giustificati<\/strong> da circostanziali documentate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>COME RICHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per ottenere il rimborso \u00e8 necessario compilare il <strong>modulo PDF messo a disposizione dal MASE<\/strong> (Ministero dell\u2019Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica), disponibile <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/#allegati\">a questo link diretto in fondo pagina<\/a>, o nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentri.gov.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sito ufficiale del RENTRI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Il modulo deve essere compilato con:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>dati <\/strong>del richiedente o dell\u2019operatore iscritto al RENTRI;<\/li>\n<li><strong>motivazione<\/strong> del rimborso, da selezionare tra quelle previste;<\/li>\n<li><strong>IBAN <\/strong>per l\u2019accredito del rimborso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inoltre, \u00e8 obbligatorio allegare:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ricevuta di pagamento<\/strong> del versamento di cui si chiede rimborso;<\/li>\n<li><strong>documento di identit\u00e0 <\/strong>del richiedente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La richiesta deve essere inviata
