{"id":23901,"date":"2025-04-16T03:00:26","date_gmt":"2025-04-16T01:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2025\/04\/16\/contributo-annuo-2025-rentri-scadenza-al-30-aprile\/"},"modified":"2025-04-16T03:00:26","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T01:00:26","slug":"contributo-annuo-2025-rentri-scadenza-al-30-aprile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test.cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2025\/04\/16\/contributo-annuo-2025-rentri-scadenza-al-30-aprile\/","title":{"rendered":"CONTRIBUTO ANNUO 2025 RENTRI: SCADENZA AL 30 APRILE"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Il Ministero dell\u2019Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentri.gov.it\/news\/contributo-annuo-2025-soggetti-iscritti-nell-anno-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ha comunicato<\/a> che tutti i soggetti che si sono <strong>iscritti nel 2024<\/strong> al Registro Elettronico Nazionale per la Tracciabilit\u00e0 dei Rifiuti (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/rentri-tracciabilita-rifiuti-p416.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RENTRI<\/a>) sono chiamati a versare il <strong>contributo annuale per il 2025<\/strong>, con <strong>scadenza fissata al 30 aprile 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adempimento \u00e8 essenziale per chi vuole continuare ad operare nel rispetto delle nuove regole sulla digitalizzazione della gestione rifiuti, introdotte dal DM 59\/2023.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DOVE E COME SI PAGA?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il contributo si paga accedendo alla propria <strong>Area Riservata<\/strong> del portale RENTRI, sezione \u201c<strong>Pratiche \/ Contributo annuale<\/strong>\u201d. Il sistema di pagamento utilizzato \u00e8 PagoPA, la piattaforma nazionale per i pagamenti verso la Pubblica Amministrazione<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A QUANTO AMMONTA IL CONTRIBUTO?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gli importi del contributo annuale, validi per gli anni successivi a quello di iscrizione, <strong>variano in base alla tipologia di attivit\u00e0 e al numero di dipendenti<\/strong>. Ecco le fasce previste:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>60 euro per unit\u00e0 locale<\/strong> per:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Produttori iniziali di rifiuti con <strong>oltre 50 dipendenti<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Imprese che effettuano <strong>trasporto<\/strong>, <strong>trattamento<\/strong>, <strong>intermediazione<\/strong>, <strong>consorzi<\/strong>, indipendentemente dal numero di dipendenti<\/li>\n<li>altri soggetti previsti all\u2019art. 18 del D.M. 59\/2023 (soggetti delegati).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>30 euro per unit\u00e0 locale<\/strong> per i produttori iniziali con numero di dipendenti compreso <strong>tra 11 e 50<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>10 euro per unit\u00e0 locale<\/strong> per i produttori iniziali <strong>con meno di 11 dipendenti<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PERCH\u00c9 \u00c8 IMPORTANTE?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il versamento del contributo \u00e8 <strong>obbligatorio per legge<\/strong> (art. 14, D.M. 59\/2023).
