Secondo il D.M. 1\/9\/21, il datore di lavoro \u00e8 tenuto a garantire la manutenzione, i controlli periodici e la sorveglianza degli impianti e delle attrezzature antincendio.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CHE COS\u2019\u00c8 LA MANUTENZIONE E IL CONTROLLO PERIODICO DEI SERRAMENTI REI?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il Decreto Ministeriale del 1 settembre 2021 chiarisce i concetti di manutenzione e controllo periodico per impianti e attrezzature antincendio in questo modo:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manutenzione<\/strong>: si tratta di interventi o azioni che servono a mantenere in buono stato di funzionamento e in efficienza impianti, attrezzature e altri sistemi di sicurezza antincendio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controllo periodico<\/strong>: \u00e8 l\u2019insieme di operazioni da svolgere con una frequenza che non superi quella stabilita da leggi, norme tecniche, specifiche o manuali di utilizzo e manutenzione, per assicurarsi che impianti, attrezzature e altri dispositivi di sicurezza antincendio siano completamente funzionanti e in condizioni ottimali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In aggiunta, il Decreto stabilisce che il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/glossario\/datore-di-lavoro-dl-g35.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">datore di lavoro<\/a> deve sorvegliare anche porte e finestre resistenti al fuoco.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CHE COSA SI INTENDE PER SORVEGLIANZA DEI SERRAMENTI REI?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il Decreto definisce la sorveglianza come una serie di controlli visivi volti a verificare, tra un controllo periodico e l\u2019altro, che impianti, attrezzature e sistemi di sicurezza antincendio siano in condizioni operative adeguate, utilizzabili correttamente e privi di danni visibili.<\/p>\n<p>Questa sorveglianza pu\u00f2 essere effettuata dai <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/obblighi-del-lavoratore-p265.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lavoratori<\/a> abitualmente presenti sul posto, previa formazione adeguata.
