I corsi di Primo Soccorso sono strutturati secondo la classificazione delle aziende presente nel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/download\/D.M._388-2003.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D.M. 388\/03<\/a>. I corsi si distinguono in base al codice di tariffa INAIL per aziende appartenenti al:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/corso-primo-soccorso-gruppo-a-cid59.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gruppo A<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/corso-primo-soccorso-gruppi-b-c-cid58.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gruppi B e C<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IL LAVORATORE PU\u00d2 RIFIUTARE LA NOMINA?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il lavoratore non pu\u00f2, se non per giustificato motivo,\u00a0<strong>rifiutare la designazione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LA REVOCA DA PARTE DEL DATORE DI LAVORO: COME FARE?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Qualora il datore di lavoro o il dirigente delegato intendesse revocare la nomina dell\u2019addetto alle misure di primo soccorso in carica, \u00e8 opportuno che l\u2019addetto primo soccorso in carica venga destituito formalmente.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SCARICA IL MODULO DI REVOCA DELLA NOMINA DI ADDETTO PRIMO SOCCORSO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per far ci\u00f2, Vega Engineering ha introdotto un modulo per la <strong>revoca della nomina di Addetto al Primo Soccorso di cui al D.M. 388\/2003<\/strong>, utilizzabile dal datore di lavoro o dal dirigente delegato.
