Per effettuare tali attivit\u00e0 occorre che vengano predisposte adeguate misure di prevenzione e protezione da utilizzare prima e durante. Ricordiamo ad esempio quali possono essere i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/dpi-dispositivi-protezione-individuale-sicurezza-lavoro-p93.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dispositivi di protezione individuale<\/a><\/strong> da utilizzare nei lavori in quota:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guanti<\/li>\n<li>Calzature di sicurezza<\/li>\n<li>Imbracature con cordini<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A questi vanno aggiunte le <strong>attrezzature <\/strong>necessarie, quali ad esempio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scale<\/li>\n<li>Trabattelli<\/li>\n<li>Ponteggi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUALI OBBLIGHI DI FORMAZIONE ED ADDESTRAMENTO?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/h\/dlgs81-2008-h1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D.Lgs. 81\/08<\/a> prevede che i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/glossario\/lavoratore-g49.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lavoratori<\/a> che effettuano lavori in quota dispongano di una formazione e un addestramento adeguati, in rapporto alla sicurezza relativamente:<br \/>a) alle condizioni di impiego;<br \/>b) alle situazioni anormali prevedibili.<br \/>Inoltre, per quanto concerne i dispositivi di protezione individuale, nell\u2019art. 77 del D.Lgs. 81\/08 \u00e8 indicato che il datore di lavoro assicura una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/formazione-lavoratori-salute-sicurezza-lavoro-p73.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formazione<\/a> adeguata e organizza, se necessario, uno specifico <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/centro_addestramento_safety_training_center_stc-p30.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">addestramento<\/a> circa l\u2019uso corretto e l\u2019utilizzo pratico dei DPI (indispensabile per quelli di terza categoria). Tutto ci\u00f2, combinato con quanto disposto dall\u2019art. 37 comma 5 del D.Lgs. 81\/08, suggerisce come sia imperativa la necessit\u00e0 di formalizzare le attivit\u00e0 di formazione e addestramento per il corretto utilizzo delle attrezzature e dei DPI per l\u2019effettuazione delle attivit\u00e0 negli spazi confinati o negli ambienti con sospetto inquinamento.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COME REGISTRARE L\u2019ADDESTRAMENTO SULL\u2019UTILIZZO DEI DPI E DELLE ATTREZZATURE PER L\u2019EFFETTUAZIONE DAI LAVORI IN QUOTA?<\/h2>\n<p>Per poter registrare l\u2019avvenuto addestramento sull\u2019utilizzo dei DPI e delle attrezzature per l\u2019effettuazione in sicurezza i lavori in quota \u00e8 possibile utilizzare il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/modulistica\/fac-simile-registro-interventi-addestramento-dpi-attrezzature-per-lavori-in-quota\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">modulo<\/a> predisposto da Vega Engineering.
