{"id":22383,"date":"2023-05-09T03:03:15","date_gmt":"2023-05-09T01:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2023\/05\/09\/richiesta-nominativo-preposto-dellappaltatore\/"},"modified":"2023-05-09T03:03:15","modified_gmt":"2023-05-09T01:03:15","slug":"richiesta-nominativo-preposto-dellappaltatore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test.cfdfeaservice.it\/index.php\/2023\/05\/09\/richiesta-nominativo-preposto-dellappaltatore\/","title":{"rendered":"RICHIESTA NOMINATIVO PREPOSTO DELL\u2019APPALTATORE"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LEGGE 215\/2021: QUALI NOVIT\u00c0 PER IL PREPOSTO?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Come gi\u00e0 anticipato nella <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaengineering.com\/news\/nomina-del-preposto-un-nuovo-obbligo-di-legge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">precedente news<\/a>, la legge 215\/2021 ha portato delle importanti modifiche al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/h\/sicurezza-sul-lavoro-h1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D.Lgs. 81\/08<\/a>\u00a0con riferimento in particolare alla figura del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegaformazione.it\/PB\/preposto-sicurezza-nomina-responsabilita-ruolo-obblighi-p183.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">preposto<\/a>.
